In November 2000 Hugo gave a lecture at the RTO Lecture Series 218bis on "Aging Engines, Avionics, Subsystems and Helicopters" in Sofia (Bulgaria). The title of the lecture was "Extension of the Usable Engine Life by Modelling and Monitoring". It is available for download from the RTO publications web site.
